This site is built on the principle that visitors should not have to surrender their privacy to read about how we use AI. This site collects no personal data, uses no cookies, and does not track individual visitors.
Analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. Plausible counts page views without tracking individuals. It does not use cookies, does not collect IP addresses, does not build visitor profiles, and does not track users across sites. Unique visitors are counted via a daily-rotating hash that cannot be used to identify individuals. All data is aggregated and no individual visitor can be identified. No cookie consent banner is required because no personal data is collected or stored.
No Cookies
This site sets no cookies of any kind. No tracking cookies, no session cookies, no advertising cookies, and no cookie consent banner — because none is needed.
No User Accounts
This site does not offer user accounts, login, registration, or any form of authentication. There is no mechanism for storing personal information on the server.

This site does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or any other personally identifiable information. There are no forms, no comment systems, and no contact forms on this site.

This site does not display advertisements of any kind. No advertising networks, tracking pixels, retargeting scripts, or behavioral profiling tools are used. No visitor data is sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to any third party for any purpose.
Source Protection
The Louden ecosystem includes journalism platforms. While this site does not accept tips directly, ecosystem properties that do accept tips encourage confidential sources to use Signal, an end-to-end encrypted messaging application. We minimize the collection of identifying metadata from tips and do not require identifying information to submit tips.
The U.S. Virgin Islands does not have a statutory shield law protecting journalists from compelled source disclosure. While extensive measures are taken to protect source identity, no system can guarantee absolute anonymity. All legal remedies will be exhausted before complying with any court order requiring disclosure.
Data Security
This site uses industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL). Hosting infrastructure uses Firebase and Cloudflare, both of which maintain strong security practices.
Third-Party Links
This site links to ecosystem properties, external publications, and third-party services for informational purposes. These links are provided as references. Brian Louden does not control the privacy practices of external sites and is not responsible for their content or data handling.
Children's Privacy
This site does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Because no personal data is collected from any visitor, no special provisions are necessary.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, affected individuals and relevant authorities will be notified as required by applicable law, including the Virgin Islands data breach notification statute (14 V.I.C. §§ 2208–2209).

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Because this site collects no personal data, changes are expected to be infrequent.
